On November 24th, the American Public Works Association approved the Minnesota Chapter Bylaws.  This culminates an eight-month process by the Chapter's Ad-hoc Bylaws Committee (Jim Gates, Kathyjean Young, Tom Colbert and Joel Schilling) working through numerous versions for final adoption by the Executive Committee on November 4th and Chapter membership on November 19th.  The Chapter will review the Bylaws again as required in 2013.
In early 2009, the Minnesota Chapter's Executive Committee began to formulate its Strategic Plan.  The Strategic Plan contains both short-term (two-year) and long-term (four-year) goals and strategies.  The Executive Committee adopted the Strategic Plan on April 29, 2009.  A copy can be found under Resources/Documents.
